Mixed Moss

Yesterday my foot specialist told me to leave her alone and not come back until three months from now. She also told me I was allowed to work out again. She also gave me a prescription for Celebrex, an arthritis medication.

So. this morning I went running for the first time since my first surgery (the beginning of last December). It felt wonderful. Well actually it was really hard, but it was good. But now I feel like a place where it is very hot and yet, according to hird grade general knowlege, they play hockey. Not only am I sore, but my feet hurt. Perhaps I should have waited until after I actually had money to get my prescription filled before I worked out.
