Relay for Life 2006
In two weeks’ time (April 28th-29th) I will be participating in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. I have done this each year since my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer about three years ago (she is now cancer free, eighteen months and counting! Although they will not declare it officially cured for another year or so.) This event is designed to help raise money and awareness for the fight against cancer. My team and I will be tag-teaming it as we walk around the track here in Cincinnati all night long.
One of the things I like best about Vox is that I have friends from across the nation and around the world who have something in common with me. Please consider taking a look at my Relay webpage.
