Summer List
Things I want to do this summer:
-Go to a concert at Riverbend (an outdoor theater where the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Cincinnati Pops perform their summer concert series).
-Go to a Reds game, preferably against the Chicago Cubs. My two favorite teams.
-Visit a graveyard by moonlight.
-Go camping.
-Go to Mammoth Cave (in KY).
-Host a party with a bonfire in celebration of the Summer Solstice.
-Go to Jolly’s Rootbeer Stand in my hometown.
-Go skinny dipping.
-Go on a (short) road trip.
-PAPA Fest! (People Against Poverty and Apathy)
-Go canoeing.
-Go White Water Rafting (I’ve never been).
-Go to an Amusement Park.
-Eat as much Graeter’s ice cream as possible.
-Go to an Opera (the Cincinnati Opera Company has its season in the Summertime).
-Go to a National Park.
-Go to a concert.
-Grow an herb garden.
-Go to Flubs ice cream stand in my hometown.
-Go to lots and lots of weddings.
-Grill out as much as possible. An easy thing to do since my roommates’ boyfriends and their roommates seem to do so every day.
-Go to a Summer “Blockbuster” action movie.
-Perfect my lemonade recipe.
-Watch the sun set reflecting off the windows of the skyscrapers in the Cincinnati skyline from Devou park.

I like that you’re funny without resorting to dick and fart jokes… sort of like MY sense of humor.

Oooo… herb garden! The cool thing is, we’ve got one at the restaraunt where I work, and so I can use as much basil, mint, oregano, etc., as I want… but I don’t have to take care of the garden! Tra-la-la.
